If #Tuesdaytransformation is a thing then here I am 😊
Last 6 months have been all about being fit and healthy. No, I dint follow any diet such as Paleo, Keto, Vegan or whatever diet currently is under fashion. I ate every kind of food like literally Indian curries, Italian pastas, Thai,Mexican, Desserts, Drinks, Snacks BUT sticking to #Ayurvedic simple rules and principles.
I followed “Ayurveda lifestyle”, stayed consistent and did Yoga or 12k walk every day, no matter how mentally, emotionally or physically broken down I was and Yes, I was! Its Covid and we are all stuck indoors and lot is happening mentally and physically but I STOOD UP and rested once my workout was done. Next goal is to get to 20% body fat 👊🏽
I must say this journey has been different than my previous experiences where I followed certain diets like macros or Beachbody on demand plan which were great as well (2008 & 2016).
Due to lockdown, I finally got chance to read ‘Ayurveda books’ by my favorite #drvasantlad which were nicely tucked in the office shelves past few years. Those who don’t know what Ayurveda is, Its an art of daily living in harmony with the laws of nature. It is a holistic system of healing in the truest sense. Sanskrit word ‘ Ayurveda’ means ‘the science of life and longevity’
Tell me if I have anyone here from Ayurveda community?
