WORK OUT REGIME
I am a strong believer of doing workout at home. Below are the youtube links which I followed and found really good.
10 MINUTE ARMS WORK OUT
Side plans – 15 set each, Markat asana (Back exercise), Potty squat/Kegel exercises
WALK EVERY DAY 30 MINS TO 1 HOUR was MUST! And its much better if we do 15mins every time and 4 sets. Since it was winter here, I would walk 4 times (15-20mins. each) at our Corridor.
