Bosnia & Herzegovina Nationals of countries for which a visa is otherwise required may, however, enter Bosnia and Herzegovina without a visa for a stay of up to 7 days provided that they hold a valid multiple entry Schengen or EU state visa or a pertinent residency permit in a Schengen or an EU state, and further provided that they are arriving to Bosnia and Herzegovina from a Schengen or an EU state.All foreigners, regardless of whether they require a visa, may be asked at the point of entry to demonstrate financial sufficiency during their intended stay in Bosnia and Herzegovina (75 EUR or the equivalent in convertible currency per day).

Georgia Foreign nationals, who permanently reside in the USA, the Republic of Lithuania, Swiss Confederation, Federative Republic of Germany, Republic of Korea, Czech Republic, Republic of Hungary, Republic of Poland, Republic of Slovenia, Kingdom of Denmark, Island, Kingdom of Norway, Kingdom of Sweden, Kingdom of Spain, Republic of Bulgaria, Slovak Republic, Republic of Romania, Republic of Estonia, Republic of Latvia and possess a document certifying permanent residence in one of these countries, do not need visa to enter and stay on the territory of Georgia up to 360 days.Foreign Nationals, who have temporary residence document and reside on the territory of the State of Qatar, Sultanate of Oman, Kingdom of Bahrain and State of Kuwait do not need visa to enter and stay on the territory of Georgia up to 360 days.The citizens of Russian Federation do not need visa to enter and stay on the territory of Georgia up to 90 days.The citizens of the member states of European Union can enter Georgia  on the basis of the Identity Card.

Foreign nationals who have a multiple entry US, EU or Schengen member states visas, which have validity for one year or more and had been used once at least, can enter or stay on the territory of Georgia without visa up to 90 days, within the validity term of the visa.

Foreign nationals who are holders of the UNO’s or its specialized agencies’ travel documents (Laissez-Passer), can enter or stay on the territory of Georgia without visa up to 90 days.

Turkmenistan Procedure for Obtaining a Visa:  Please read carefully the instructions below.

All Applicants:

– Obtain a new 2008 edition of Visa Application Forms from the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Or download it from here in pdf. Please fill in 1 (one) Visa Application Form with recent passport size photo glued to form. Please do not staple pictures. In the application, supply dates in the order of day-month-year.

– Every applicant must have at least 6 months of validity left on the passport beyond his or her intended stay in Turkmenistan. The applicant must have at least one blank visa page. Amendment pages do not count.

– For the appropriate fees see Visa Fees.

– Submit a letter of invitation from the person or company to be visited certified by the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan. The invitation is valid only for 3 (three) months from the date it was confirmed.

If you are travelling as a tourist and will not be meeting anyone in Turkmenistan, you must contact any of travel and tourist agencies or companies in Turkmenistan.

How to apply by post:

If you would like to apply for visa by post, you have to send self-addressed, stamped and pre-paid envelope for special delivery.

 Checklist:

1. One (1) Visa Application Form per person;

2. Original of the passport and its copy as described above;

3. One (1) passport size photo glued to the Visa Application Form;

4. Fee for the visa (cash in GBP);

5. Letter of invitation certified by the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan.

The processing time for a visa is 7-10 business days. It is possible, however, to expedite the process to up to three business days if the application is complete, the paperwork is in order, and an additional 100% of the cost of the visa is included in the payment.

Please, note that the answers to questions on the visa application form will be reflected in the issued visa and should match those submitted in original documentation in Turkmenistan.

Uzbekistan Before approaching the Consular Section with your application please make sure you have all documents required:

  1. Copy of the letter of invitation from inviting partners in Uzbekistan (see below), except for citizens of the Great Britain, USA, Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, France, Japan, Spain, Chech Republic and Switzerland.
  2. Two copies of the visa application form duly completed and signed by the applicant, which can be obtained by clicking on the link below.
  3. Two photographs. Attach recent passport-sized photographs to your application forms.
  4. Passport must have at least one blank page to affix the visa and be valid for the entire period of your stay in the country.
  5. Copy of all pages of the passport.
  6. Applying by post. Before sending your documents, please, contact the consular section to assure that visa issuance confirmation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is in place (except for citizens of the Great Britain, USA, Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, France, Japan, Spain, Chech Republic and Switzerland). Please, provide self-addressed pre-paid SPECIAL DELIVERY envelope to return your passport and payment by POSTAL ORDER.
  7. Incomplete visa applications are not accepted. A personal interview with an applicant may be required. In case any person is declined to obtain entry visa to Uzbekistan, the Consular Section of the Embassy reserves the right to provide no explanation.
  8. Processing of visa applications may take up to 10 working days (except for those cases when visa support is already arranged and transmitted to the Embassy).

If you are traveling on holidaytourism (except for citizens of the Great Britain, USA, Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, France, Japan, Spain, Chech Republic and Switzerland): most of the tour operators and travel agencies will apply for your visa on your behalf to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan (please contact your travel agent).

If your stay in Uzbekistan exceeds 3 days, you are required to register with the Local Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs within 3 working days after arrival. However if you stay in a hotel, the hotel administration should take care of such registration on your behalf automatically.

Tajikistan VISA PROCESSING TIME: Visa processing time at the Embassy is 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS. However, Embassy does offer EXPRESS SERVICE which requires applicants to pay double of normal fee for this service.Kuhistoni Badakhshon Autonomous Province of Tajikistan (GBAO) is the frontier territory of Tajikistan and has special permission entry (a stamp, which comes on a separate page of passport), which allows applicants to visit Khorugh, Darvoz, Vanj, Rushon, Ishkoshim and Murghob districts. Foreign citizens traveling to GBAO region should indicate in their application, under the section of 21 “ purpose of visit” their intention to do so.HOW TO APPLY:1.
